Terms for withdrawal

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In the case of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@bricosafe.it in which the withdrawal is communicated, so we will reply to you by providing the address where you will have to send the item.

Once received the object will be checked and then we will proceed to the reimbursement of the cost of the asset only.

We accept returns only of intact material, in the original packaging.
